High-purity silica resin-coated sand for foundry shell mold casting to produce intricate metal parts. Product specifications ensure to meet the performance needs for foundry casting, core-making, and oil and gas fracking. Common in ferrous and non-ferrous metal casting where moderate heat resistance and strength are sufficient.

RCS-QTZ-300P

Premium-grade quartz resin-coated sand coated with thermosetting resin, delivering superior strength, heat resistance, and precision for industrial casting and core-making. It ensures smooth mold flow, reduces defects, and withstand high pressures and temperatures during industrial processes. Ideal for high-performance steel foundry due to high refractoriness.

RCS-CER-400P

Ceramic resin-coated sand offers exceptional strength, high-temperature resistance, and precision, ideal for complex casting and core-making applications. It ensures minimal thermal expansion, reducing defects, and improve dimensional accuracy in high-performance foundry operations. It is artificial sand with high alumina for very high refractoriness. Low resign percent results in higher strength and low gas evolution and defects.
